Being an RTO expert himself, he made it his agenda to find simpler, smoother, and cost-effective ways to resolve these issues and ensure RTOs are compliant and stay compliant for the future. Along with compliance care, he also expanded his business acumen to empower RTOs in other aspects of the business such as internal audits, staff professional management and overall business strategy that will help build a successful RTO. With his belief that education is meant to be empowering, not stressful, Ben believes that spending hours and thousands of dollars resolving RTO-related matters shouldn’t be a part of your business plan.
